Achievements
- Spearheaded the collection of vital requirements for the Elevator business, culminating in the creation of a cutting-edge electronic service dashboard for Otis Elevator customers.
- Leveraged a tech stack comprising ASP.NET, VB.NET, SQL Server 2012, HTML5, jQuery, bootstrap, and CSS3 to deliver a robust and dynamic solution.
- Demonstrated meticulous attention to detail by documenting end customer requirements and translating them into wireframes, functional specifications, and system requirement specifications.
- Drove the optimization of system performance through rigorous performance tuning and facilitated User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with stakeholders.
